Welcome to WOODARA, operated by Woodara Enterprises Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.woodaraindia.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, placing an order or purchasing any product from WOODARA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WOODARA

WOODARA is a brand operated by:
Woodara Enterprises Private Limited Throughout these Terms, “WOODARA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Woodara Enterprises Private Limited.
“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the Website or purchasing products from WOODARA.

2.Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colours and prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However:

  • Actual colour may vary depending on lighting, photography and your device display;
  • Natural variations may occur in wood, veneer, fabric, stone and other materials;
  • Minor variations in texture, grain, shade and finish may occur;
  • Product dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
  • Product images may include styling accessories or décor that are not included unless specifically stated.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation charges or other applicable charges will be displayed during the purchase process or otherwise communicated to the Customer.
WOODARA reserves the right to change prices, offers and product specifications at any time. However, changes made after an order has been confirmed will not affect the agreed price of that confirmed order except where required by law or due to an obvious pricing error.

4. Orders

An order placed through the Website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

WOODARA reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability;
  •  Incorrect product or pricing information;
  • Payment failure;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Events beyond WOODARA's reasonable control.

Where an order is cancelled by WOODARA after payment has been received, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid through the payment methods made available on the Website.
The Customer agrees that all information provided for payment and billing purposes shall be accurate and complete.

6. Delivery

For eligible deliveries within Bangalore, WOODARA aims to provide delivery and installation within 48 hours from successful order confirmation, subject to:

  • Product availability;
  • Payment confirmation;
  • Delivery location;
  • Installation requirements;
  • Accessibility of the premises;
  • Customer availability;
  • Any other circumstances reasonably affecting fulfilment.

The 48-hour commitment does not apply where the product is specifically identified as made-to-order, customised, out of stock, pre-order or subject to a separately communicated delivery timeline.

7. Installation

Where installation is included with the purchase, installation will be carried out by WOODARA or its authorised service partner.

The Customer must ensure that:

  • Adequate access is available;
  • The installation area is ready;
  • Necessary building/society permissions are obtained where applicable;
  • Lifts, staircases and entry points are reasonably accessible;
  • The installation location is safe and suitable.
  • Any structural modification, electrical work, plumbing, civil work or other work not expressly included in the order shall be the Customer's responsibility.

8. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the packaging and product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage or incorrect product should be immediately brought to the attention of the delivery/installation team and recorded wherever possible.

Customers should retain photographs/videos of the product and packaging where a damage claim is being made.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

WOODARA does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Preference-related reasons;
  • Colour preference;
  • Size preference;
  • Style preference;
  • Product no longer required;
  • Incorrect selection by the Customer.

However, eligible claims relating to damaged, defective, deficient or materially incorrect products will be handled in accordance with WOODARA's Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under
applicable law.

10. Warranty

Where a product carries a specific warranty, the applicable warranty terms will be communicated with the product/order.
Warranty coverage may be subject to the product being used, maintained and installed in accordance with the applicable instructions.
Warranty does not ordinarily cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, improper installation, normal wear and tear or external causes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including:

  • WOODARA name and logo;
  • Product images;
  • Product descriptions;
  • Graphics;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Designs;
  • Text;
  • Layouts;
  • Trademarks;
  • Brand elements;

is owned by or licensed to WOODARA and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised
    access;
  • Interfere with Website
    security;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Copy or misuse Website content;
  • Use automated systems to extract Website information without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WOODARA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

WOODARA shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, transport disruption, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of war, epidemics, infrastructure failures or other force majeure events.

15. Changes to these Terms

WOODARA reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website and will apply prospectively to transactions made after the updated Terms become effective.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums/authorities, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
